Five Minutes Is All It Takes
With everyone now working from home one of the most common complaints I hear in the clinic is that I’m working longer now than I was when I was in the office. It’s easy to do. Instead of that 10 minute walk to and from the train station you now take the 5 second commute to the kitchen or lounge room. And with that all the other incidental activity we used to do going into the office has disappeared as well.
Well this short 5 minute routine is a simple way to refresh and get back some of that lost activity. All you need is a stick (a broom handle or mop will do) and you will be invigorated and re-energized.
